TwitterWarning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(.././/whatever.php) is not within the allowed path(s). This is a classic I believe, have tried every single safe and not safe suggestion over google and forums and couldn't fix it. The vhost.conf setting cannot be overriden. Is there any possibility that other wrong settings or permissions make parallels not to use my specific vhost override ? If this is not the right way in parallels 11 can you drive me to a safe answer ? Centos 6.4 Final, Hetzner dedicated, CS-Cart 4.

The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
