• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

OsTicket v1.7.3

Greg_D

New Pleskian
On my current Plesk Panel 11 build I have app called OsTicket in version 1.6.4.
Plesk Panel claims that App is updated, however the developer version is 1.7.3 (soon 1.8).
Does anyone got a manual or workaround on how to fix this issue ?

Best Regards, Greg

Plesk uses packages from http://www.apsstandard.org/. That means if the developers or whoever packaged it has not updated it, plesk will always use the most recent of the packaged version found at the respective site.

If you want most recent version, recommended is manual installation right from the package site ...
