• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Outgoing Mail Control & Limit

Joooop

New Pleskian
Hello,
I upgraded Plesk to 12.0.18 on centos5.8 just because of new feature, Outgoing Mail Limit.
there was no problem until I had to increase one of my client's domain limit.
I set its Mail Box, Domain & subscription limit to "unlimited", but user get limit exceeded warning again.
I search this problem on internet, and the only related article was http://kb.parallels.com/en/121996 but I didn't got meaning of "server wide limits".

- is there any one else who had same problem?
- where is this feature config file?
- is there any log file could help me to find problem?

Sincerely yours,
Mehran

Hello,

You will have to check your limit on outgoing mail in the mail server settings at Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings. See Configuring Server-Wide Mail Settings.

Hello,

You will have to check your limit on outgoing mail in the mail server settings at Tools & Settings > Mail Server Settings. See Configuring Server-Wide Mail Settings.

that Page include default values.
MailBox: 10, Domain:50 & subscription: 100
I set All thees value for that specific Domain to 'unlimited'.
What should I do to fix this problem ?

No one ???
I know this is a new feature in Plesk but it has some problem! could you please give me some more information about it. how could I found why my client email rejected?

KB article http://kb.parallels.com/en/121996 has been updated with details.
But looks like you have another problem. In Subscriptions > <subscription_name> > Websites & Domains > Outgoing Mail Control try to find who exceeded limit.
