Parallels Installer Error

Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Unable to delete the file C:\7002a876d2ebb1049a83c32476e5157d\parallels\products.inf3: Access is denied Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/versions.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404

this is because I upgraded to Windows 2008 R2 from Windows 2008 and yes my websites are down.

The #37 update brought it back online that will now load the whole page. Also yes my parallels work fine but the upgrade with windows 2008 sp2 to 2008 r2 sp1 have broken icon images such like Parallels Panel 11.0 on the desktop. That is why I thought to run the installer again.
