Password Problem on fresh Install

I did a fresh Install and cannot get working to login to Plesk. If I did on command to show encrypted password I get this:

root@123456:~# /usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password
Plesk is not configured. You should go to the Server Administration Panel and configure it.

On first install, login as user "root" and the root password.
