    I have a Centos 5 server with plesk 9.5.4 i installed a drupal site and when i try to upload files i recieve some errors and when i read the reports i can see an error telling me that i need to install the required libraries "PECL upload progress library" or install APC, i've tried to install APC and i recieve warning in the php.ini, so i want to know how can i install correctly the PECL libraries to upload files from the backoffice f my drupal site.
    the error that i recieve in the backoffice when i try to upload a tranlation file is:

    * Warning: move_uploaded_file() [function.move-uploaded-file]: Unable to access temporary://drupal-7.0.ca_.po in file_save_upload() (line 1528 of /var/www/vhosts/sibi.cat/subdomains/linux/httpdocs/includes/file.inc).
    * File upload error. Could not move uploaded file.
    * File to import not found.

    thank you
