Hi,

I have installed Plesk for Windows with Kaspersky Antivirus, "Allow personal settings" are all enabled. However there is no "Antivirus" tab under email create/edit page. How can user enable/disable Anti-Virus?

If it is Plesk for Linux, there is "Antivirus" tab.

Duplicate problem procedures:
1. plesk-installer install stable --components panel mailenable kav
2. Create subscription & create new email address

Make sure that you have "Antivirus management" permission set for this subscription.

Yes, "Antivirus management" is enabled in subscription by default, and we login as admin to manage this email account, but still no such "Antivirus" tab.

Even I disable "Antivirus management" and then re-enable it, it doesn't work. However there is no problem in Linux platform.

Check that Antivirus Management is enabled in your license. Tools&Settings > License information
Also in Tools&Settings > Services Antivirus should be up and running

Thanks IgorG. I have double checked the license has been installed, and the service is running as well.

We have another server with Plesk Premium Antivirus, there is no such problem.

Have you tried contacting the Plesk Support Team? They will check and fix the issue directly on your server.

Just an update.

Reported to your support team, they have confirmed it is bug as #PPPM-13753, which will be fixed soon, thank you.

Fixed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.48:
Installing the Kaspersky Anti-Virus SDK component (former Kaspersky Anti-Virus) now also automatically installs the Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers extension. This change helps to avoid confusing UX when the antivirus tab is not shown in the mailbox menu because the component is installed while the extension is not. (PPPM-13753)
