PHP open_basedir Restriction - Adding Paths Not Working

Hi all,

I'm trying to use server side includes in a PHP website but am getting the error open_basedir restriction in effect.

I've tried going in to the PHP Settings for the website and have selected the predefined option

{DOCROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}

Which as I understand it should allow access to all files within my httpdocs folder but I still get the error:

PHP Warning: include(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/sparklyphp/cms/inc/checkAdminLogin.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (F:\PLESK\WWW\bviwebsitedesign.com\httpdocs\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in F:\PLESK\WWW\websitedesign.com\httpdocs\sparklyphp\cms\index.php on line 1

The thing is I know 100% that the file it's having a problem with is in a subfolder of the F:\PLESK\WWW\websitedesign.com\httpdocs\ folder (the full F:\PLESK\WWW\websitedesign.com\httpdocs\sparklyphp\cms\inc\checkAdminLogin.php).

Has anyone else managed to solve this?

Hi,

I'd really appreciate it if someone could shine some light on this - I've looked in to it further (the details are: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/18403676/open-basedir-restriction-in-effect-in-plesk-for-windows) and it really looks like a fault in the PHP implementation on Plesk.

in plesk you will get default option in that perticular domain >> website domains >> php settings.
