How can ı solve this problem ?

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP56\ext\php_interbase.dll' - The specified module could not be found.

You could solve this two ways:
1) remove module from php5.6 php.ini
Or
2) download this DLL somewhere and put it in the specified location

There is file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP56\ext
I found some files on google but doesnt work.

Simplest solution: Open file C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Additional\PleskPHP56\php.ini with text editor and comment line

;extension=php_interbase.dll

Also, the problem may be related to the fact that php_interbase.dll requires a fbclient.dll library, which is not present on Windows servers by default. In this case, install Firebirdsql package
