PhpMyAdmin cannot upload db

Hello guys! I am trying to upload a big size sql dump with phpmyadmin, but it ends with timeout limit.

What i did:

1) I tried to change $cfg['ExecTimeLimit'] in "/usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/domains/databases/phpMyAdmin/config.inc.php" with no result.

2) Changed php settings specified for webspace domain:
max_execution_time 50000
max_input_time 50000
post_max_size 150M
upload_max_filesize 150M

with no result.

System is Debian 8 and Plesk web admin edition 12.5.30
