Platypus Integration

Has anyone had any luck using the integration between BoardTown Platypus and Plesk 9.3 on Linux. We are getting an error that the server sent a malformed packet when saving the account.

I'm absolutely not familiar with Platypus but according to http://www.ispbilling.com/products/integration.php it can be integrated with Plesk. Did you tried contact their support?

We are having exactly the same problem.

Has anyone found a solution?
