Plesk 10.3.1 Backup Error

Every time i do a backup i get this error.

I am running Windows 2008 R2 Web Server + Plesk 10.3.1

Any Suggestion ?
 
There are can be different reasons of this issue and dump should be validated with xmllint at least - http://kb.parallels.com/en/8487
Also as far as I know similar problems has been fixed in upcoming 10/4 version where backup/migration manager has been seriously improved.

can u upgdrade from 10.3.1 to 10.4 ? but how ?

and you sure there wont be any stability issue in new version ? because i have a running customers with me and 100+ sites are running.

step 1 done
step 2 done
step3 - get this message .... fails to validate!
step4- i don't understand what exactly to be delete? entire folder ? or what ?

and the step 4 says -Then it is necessary to correct the misconfiguration in the invalid xml file and remove the status cache file;
how to correct the misconfiguration?
please let me know.
 
or is there any way to suppress the error ?
i mean any setting to disable the log ? or something like that.
i need the backup to work . today.
