Plesk 10 to Plesk 11 backup

Hi all,

I'm working in a company that uses plesk panel

Download a backup from Plesk 10.4 and other from Plesk 11

I configure Server repository in new server Plesk 11.0.9 and uplad via FTP .tgz files via FTP.

The files not appear in repository

Ok, create the domain for one of the backups, got to backup admin of domain in domain panel. Woow i see a xml file! Good.

I try to restore the backup. First message say "The domain exist and blha blah".. continue...

Show ok butt...restore only mail account and database. Not restore ANY file on httpdocs!!!

Guy is Plesk to Plesk!!

This should be the easiest to make!

Ideas, suggestions???

Kabayo, sometimes that fails and you need to manually copy files to your httpdocs folder.

If I have 1000+ domains, manual copy is not solution.

What you are saying is that all httpdocs folders were not populated with restoration data? I think as I have experienced most of the times about 97% are correctly restored but about 3% have missing httpdocs/ data.

This is an old problem in plesk. And the error is worse when you restore from one machine to another.
