Plesk 11 Backup restore failing

Will-NYESDigital

Regular Pleskian
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 MU #45 CentOS 6.4 (Final) 64bit

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
We are attempting to restore a 25gb backup file from another server onto a new server. Both servers have the exact same spec, apart from Cent OS version

Target Server : Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 MU #45 CentOS 6.4 (Final) 64bit
Source Server : Parallels Plesk Panel 11.0.9 MU #45 CentOS 6.3 (Final) 64bit

If we transfer a server config and content file it is listed as "not a valid backup file"
If we transfer a server config ONLY file accross it is fine

We have run the backup validator tool and it validated ok

We have identified the following in the logs :

/usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/<session>/psadump.log - nothing identified
/usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/<session>/migration.log- nothing identified

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/migration.log shows the following errors (it appears to be adding an extra forward slash after dumps:

[13:07:47|INFO:20039:p.log] Error: boost::filesystem::file_size: No such file or directory: "/var/lib/psa/dumps//clients/plesk-###/domains/##.co.uk/##.co.uk_vhost_1304042031.tgz"

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/pmmcli.log - nothing identified

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

FTP a backup file onto the server into the correct dumps folder and unpack the file

ACTUAL RESULT

File is listed as not a valid backup file

EXPECTED RESULT

File should be listed as valid

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
We have now attempted recovering a backup file to the original server and are getting the same results as above so we can rule out any issues in differences between the 2 servers. It would appear that the Plesk server is producing erroneous backups.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Copy a file back from FTP repository
Unpack file

/usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/migration.log shows the following errors (it appears to be adding an extra forward slash after dumps:
