• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 11 CBM & License issue

JustonG79

New Pleskian
My business associate and I purchased plesk with an unlimited license a couple months ago, we initially started with plesk 10x, and then recently upgraded to version 11x, and that is where our issues have begun. Under plesk version 10x everything on our server had been working fine (plesk & CBM) when we recently upgraded to version 11, certain issues started creeping up, most have been fixed with the exception of a licenseing issue we are having in CMB. Today we started adding customers into CMB, but we are unable to activate them, we get the following error:

Error: Cannot activate the customer account 'Juston Griggs'. You have reached the number of active customer accounts allowed by your license. Please upgrade your license.

Upon looking at our license information, We have an UNLIMITED license. Does this not include access to CMB? or do we need to purchase a seperate license for CMB?

A fast response would be appreciated :)

Kind Regards
Juston Griggs

Have you checked value for "User accounts (resellers and customers) in Customer and Business Manager" in your Plesk license?
