Plesk 12 Install failed on Windows Server 2012

Hey there!
I was trying to install Plesk on my Windows Server 2012 Standard, but it failed. It says:" Failed to install 'C:\ParallelsInstaller\parallels\PANEL-WIN_12.0.18\dist-msi-Microsoft-2003-i386\plesk-site.msi':" Error: The installation of the package 'plesk-site' failed with code 1603. (install: installing Parallels Panel WebSite...)
Please contact Support.

Do you have noticed a similar problem and found a solution for this problem?

There is error:

Output:

Hey Guys!
It worked now. There were several Problems with Microsoft IIS.
For all, who expierience similar problems, I'd suggest to remove IIS and reinstall it.
