Issue Plesk 17.8.11 Cannot connect via secure FTP

PennineAcute

New Pleskian
I have only just setup my server and install plesk.

I cannot connect via secure FTP, although can connect via unsecure.

SSL is setup correctly, as in I can connect via https. If anyone can shed any light, I would appreciate any help.

I am using FileZilla and get the error

Error: GnuTLS error -50 in gnutls_priority_set_direct: The request is invalid.
Error: Failed to initialize TLS.
Error: Could not connect to server

It definately is related to Ubuntu in that thread, but the thread is solely related to Ubuntu 18.10, which not many people are using on a server, as it's not LTS. Might be an exception here... There's no mention of 18.04 LTS or 18.06 LTS in that thread. Our own Ubuntu is shown in our sig and we do use Filezilla, but only with SFTP (we binned FTP a long time ago). No problems at all with this setup. It's super fast & secure. As has been posted, it's pretty unlikely that it's a Plesk issue anyway.
