Resolved Plesk 17.8.11 keeps trying to backup through FTP while it is deactivated

GDM

New Pleskian
Plesk 17.8.11 running on Ubuntu

Hello,

I'm quite new to Plesk, and server admin in general. I've tried to schedule a full backup through FTP thanks to the backup manager, but I had to stop it as it wasn't working. And the server keeps trying to back up through it, as I receive an error message daily, saying "Unable to access the storage: Transport error: unable to list directoryUnable to access the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory...".

How can I stop it? I've checked on every domain and on the global screen, and I couldn't see anywhere that the FTP backup was still activated.

Thank you.
