Plesk 7.5 for windows installation problem

Hi All,

I have a problem when i install plesk for windows 7.5.
Basically, the installation hung at the end, when trying to register the default key.
In the event log i had the following error:

Unable to execute event (C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\actionlog\actionlog.php) with (--license-update --license-type plesk): (1460) This operation returned because the timeout period expired.
at Unable to execute event(RunTime::KeyManager::runEvent line 1281)
Execute file name: C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\keymng.exe

the PleskControlPanel service will not start because apache doesn't appear to be configured.
When i look at the event log, it reports:
Apache.exe: could not open document config file C:/Program Files/SWsoft/Plesk/admin/conf/httpd.conf
when i look at httpd.conf, i find that it doesn't exist and httpd-win.conf exists. If i rename it to httpd.conf, it causes another problem:
Syntax error on line 57 of C:/Program Files/SWsoft/Plesk/admin/conf/httpd.conf
ServerRoot must be a valid directory

'serverroot' is listed as: ServerRoot "@@ServerRoot@@"
