Plesk 7.5 in Windows to Plesk 8.1 in Linux

Hi,

I'm using a Windows Server with Plesk 7.5 and i want migrate to a Linux Server with Plesk 8.1. The 2 servers are physically far away one of another and i only have remote access to them.

How can i migrate accounts and domains of the Windows Server to the Linux Server?
