  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

PLESK 8.01 Still no coldfusion support

We have installed and have been using coldfusion for over 3 years with PLESK. The problem is that PLESK since the upgrade to 8.0 has not recognized our instance or installation of coldfusion. All coldfusion support on all servers is greyed out, and when customers are trying to toggle Frontpage support on or off it won't let them and spits out the error "Coldfusion Component Not Installed." In the change log for PLESK 8.1 it states that this problem was fixed:

8. [-] Problem with "coldfusion support" component detection resolved

However this is not the case, we have fully updated to PLESK 8.01 successfully on all our servers and we are still having this problem.

Can any help or at least point me in the general direction as to what we can do to solve this issue?

I am going to attempt to re-install the coldfusion support package using the PLESK updater, hopefully this will work and PLESK will now recognize the coldfusion server.
