Plesk 8.3.0 update problems

Hi, i try to update my plesk to 8.3.0 and i get some error in web update. Later i try make the instalation with the file /swsoft_installer_v3.3.0_build080201.09_os_FedoraCore_6_i386 and i get the error i put in the attachment file.

I need update i dont can make backups of my server and of my clients. Thx in advanced.

try to clear /var/spool/up2date. Backup it firstly.
