plesk 8.3 bugs

firstley how can i solve?

i unistall plesk 8.2.i delete all plesk's iis_user,wp_user,ftp users,mail domain.i think if i make my windows 2003 nearly clean then i install 8.3 i think plesk 8.3 work.So 8.3 work.and i restore my daily backup..

but in this case i delete iusr_machinename user then i define it but when i write my ip adress to explorer i get auth screen.

1-AwStats is not working..
2-bandwidth calculation is not truth.(i have got a domain monthly uses >10 GB but now i look and i see 982 mb

3-backup error.
on plesk backup when i checked backup "mailboxes mailbox content" and "with dump restored any mail server" section plesks backup not ends.it uses nearly 80kb system memory and not cpu usage(1 wait 1 day for 10 domains) not ends..

when i checked "mailboxes mailbox content" and "with dump restored only to the server of backup" backup ends succesfully.

but when i checked "mailboxes mailbox content" and "with dump restored only to the server of backup" adn i schedule this section i get this
"
Backup error.
Unexpected dump mail content mode
"


every 6 hour i look at the swsoft.com is there ant update patch.please help..third bug (about backup) is very important for me and for everybody.

When mail is backed up in to any mail server it is backing up one by one.
Please walk through trash accounts on domains and delete unnecessary emails
You will speed up backup
