• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Plesk 9.2.3 damaged trying to upgrade with autoinstaller

New Pleskian
Hello Plesk specialists!

I have a vServer with Plesk 9.2.3 (2.6.18-028stab094.3 #1 SMP Thu Sep 22 12:47:37 MSD 2011 x86_64 GNU/Linux) and tried to update with autoinstaller, as the Plesk integrated upgrade did not finish. My Host Support told me to do it this way.
I think I followed the instructions exactly, but now I can not access Plesk anymore - sometimes a broken logon screen appears but even then it does not work.
My question: is there a possibility to repair the 9.2.3 version? If there is a way, pls keep it simple as I am a beginner.

Thank you in advance
Tom
