• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

I forgot my admin password and tried a couple of times. In the end my admin login to the control panel is locked. How do I reset it? Please advice. Thanks.

How to contact the support team?

i have same problem here after the last update.
I've submited the formmail in support resources and still waiting (since last friday).
I'still havent access to my plesk pannel.
Please help me.

Plesk lock a account if you try to connect with multiple failed attempts.
You get a "Access Denied" warning message when you try to login with locked account even though you have a correct password.

The lockout table manage this in PSA database.

You can easily remove the entries of this lockout table by opening PSA database.

Regards,
