Issue Plesk Backup e-mail notification

Hi,

we have problems receiving email messages from the plesk backup manager. We have activated the checkbox "send e-mail after finish backups". But we do not receive any email.

In the log files from postfix, we do see any log entry from plesk. We have tested the same issue on several servers. We are running the current Plesk 12.5 release.

Any ideas?

Do you mean /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog ? No related records there?
