  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,
since 3-4 weeks (perhaps a bit more) i regularly have error on Plesk backup to FTP server.
I have those messages :
Code:
The following errors occurred during the scheduled backup process:
database is locked

Code:
The following errors occurred during the scheduled backup process:
database is locked
Unable to access the storage: Transport error: unable to list directory: Curl error: (9) Access denied to remote resource: Last FTP request: QUIT Last FTP response: 221 Goodbye

All this was working fine for years ...
An idea ?

Can you log in from the command line on the remote FTP server?

Have you checked the available disk space on the Plesk server?

Have you checked if there are any issues: Tools & Settings -> Diagnose & Repair

Have you checked the logfiles:
/usr/local/psa/PMM/sessions/<session>/psadump.log

Yesterday i have forced Plesk update to 18.0.44u1 and it seems good for now, no errors this last night.
I'll keep you in touch.

It's still ok after 2 days.
As backup server was on newer Plesk version and server with errors on an older one perhaps it was the origin of bugs ...
I will come back here if bug happen again.
