Plesk Control Panel doesn't work any longer

Hello,

I have tried to update from 9.5.3. to 10.0.0.
It seems to work, but when I log into the control panel I get following error:

Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'psa.smb_apsInstances' doesn't exist

I tried to use the "--reinstall-patch" option, but I don't get it working.

What can I do?
