Plesk Control Panel Login brings only a Blank Page

I recently rebooted my server and after that, i can not longer login to plesk.

After putting admin and my password, a blank page shows up with clickboxes and accept decline buttons. after accepting, i get a blank page.

I restated psa with /etc/init.d/psa stopall && /etc/init.d/psa start.

activation of php.ini: display_errors = on

brings the following errors:

failed to open stream: No such file or directory in

but im unable to find that corrupt variable "de-DE " because plesk php-files are not readable by me.

Please help me.

Try to reinstall German language pack.

Thanks, but installing the German languagePack changes nothing.

Any Ideas?
