When I set up a domain for backups via FTP. I configure the ftp settings and initiate a manual backup and Plesk graces with the following message.
Warning: Failed to connect to FTP server: Unable to write file to FTP:
Any ideas what is going on?
After a bit more work it seems that it is failing due to the connection going through 2 firewalls. Is there any way to resolve this issue short of moving both boxes behind the same firewall?
