plesk error when creating database user

when i try to create a new database user, i get this error:

Error: Array expected as parameter

Also, when i try to create a a new db on plesk, i get error:

Error: Get database server version failed: mssqlmng failed: Invalid authorization specification

Can someone help me please?

I think this problem is addressed in the following KB - https://kb.plesk.com/en/120053. Does this solve your issue?
