• Hi, Pleskians! We are running a UX testing of our upcoming product intended for server management and monitoring.
We would like to invite you to have a call with us and have some fun checking our prototype. The agenda is pretty simple - we bring new design and some scenarios that you need to walk through and succeed. We will be watching and taking insights for further development of the design.
If you would like to participate, please use this link to book a meeting. We will sent the link to the clickable prototype at the meeting.
  • Our UX team believes in the in the power of direct feedback and would like to invite you to participate in interviews, tests, and surveys.
To stay in the loop and never miss an opportunity to share your thoughts, please subscribe to our UX research program. If you were previously part of the Plesk UX research program, please re-subscribe to continue receiving our invitations.

Issue Plesk for Windows application pool problem

JamieD

New Pleskian
We are developing an app install for the Plesk app vault and noticed when installing our app everything goes good but it converts the app pool on IIS to version 2.0 even though it was set to 4.0. download alarm ringtones

After trying to figure out if it was my install I went to my web site to change the app pool through Plesk and Plesk control panel is saying the site is running in 4.0 even though it is 2.0 and whenever I try changing the option to 4.0 it will not change when I look at the settings on IIS.

I even tried creating a brand new web site and still run into the same issue.

Has anyone else have this issue with Plesk? We are running the latest version of Plesk but we are on trial mode for Plesk because we are just building an install application for it and not planning on using Plesk for our hosted customers.

Thanks in advance.
