Plesk FTP backup, anyone using it?

Have to ask since I tried it last week and noticed all domains are down while doing a complete backup. What's the meaning of having the domains offline during the ftp backup?!? If the the ftp transfer takes 8 hours, why have all the domains down while sending the backup files?

If you do not want to disable domains during backup you should disable "Suspend domain operations during backing up"
