• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Plesk is very, very, very SLOW!

Final Solution

Default Databse of Plesk is MsAccess ( psa.mdb ) in Default setting and installation

Dafault Path : C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\admin\db\psa.mdb

when you setup very much site on server , this database Large and larger , and Ms Access can not support this size information and plesk work very slow

you have 2 way for resolve this problem :

Method 1 - Migrate this Datebase to MsSQL or MySQL by Plesk Reconfigurator and Switch DB Provider ( Very High Recommend but may have some error or require severals minutes or hours stop all sites)

Start => All Programs => Parallels => Plesk => Plesk Reconfigurator => Switch DB Provider

for Migrate to Ms Sql or MySql require setup a new and blank database and also username and password of Administrator Databases , you can find this username and password in psa.mdb (DatabasServers) table in psa.mdb ( Plesk MsAccess databse )

Method 2 - Compress psa.mdb

This method is in : http://kb.odin.com/en/2212

this method is not permanent because database large soon and again
