PLESK LOGIN ISSUE

hi to all,
recently when i was trying to login through my panel ,it told me incorrect password,i had ssh vie putty also,so i tried a command line to show my actual password,and told me u have not a valid license key!so its not poosible!
so my panel is not accessable and i need to get a backup of my website for transfer on another server,so,whats u r suggestion?
i tried to submit a request on support they give me a 14 days temp licence but when i try to renew the license through ridiciluse putty told me its not a valid license
