Dear users,
I have just seen that my panel version has stuck to 11.5.30 Update: 29 all though, the Update version should be 31. What are the possibilities to check and fix this issue ?

Thank you in advance

I was thinking of doing so but from what i have seen over the web, there is no specific instruction on how to do that. I was afraid of breaking something. Is it possible for you abdi, to provide some directions?

Sure, to upgrade from shell just run:

Code:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller

Then follow prompts...

I got the following error:
Fix permissions on send-error-report utility... stat: cannot stat `/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/send-error-report': No such file or directory
/usr/local/psa/var/MU24-error_report_permissions.sh: line 11: [: : integer expression expected
is not requred
Commenting out 'skip-bdb' option in my.cnf... is not required
/usr/local/psa/var/MU26-apc_filter.sh: line 7: /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini: No such file or directory
Patches were installed successfully.
The changes were applied successfully.

Now the plesk panel is unavailable with 403 Forbidden error from nginx.
I wish to do a fresh install of plesk but how can i make a full back-up of a website from shell?

I did not try that but right now i am dealing with 502 bad gateway error from nginx after back-up restore. Any ideas about that ?

Late edit: Problem solved. Php-fpm component was not running.
