Plesk Migration Agent not run with Plesk Parallel 9.3.0

Hi everybody!
I'm using Plesk Parallel version 9.3.0, for purpose test some website (about 50 Hosting).
Now i setting up a new Server (use Plesk 9.3, too) and want Migrate it from the Old server.

When I migrated, this error occur : "No migration agents found. Data migration is not available."

Although:
- Migration Agent is running On Source Server
- Both two Server have not firewalls.
- Hostname, User/pass for migrate is Correct.
- Port 6489 Open
- Two hostname is different.

Can U help me fix that problem?

But My Server run Window server 2003, not Unix

I have done that, and check logs but not see anything useful.

Sorry, but why you still use this very-very old Plesk version?
