Resolved Plesk Migration and Transfer 2.9.2-0

winky

New Pleskian
Hi all and thank you for your time on reading me.

I am trying to migrate all domains from
source: CentOS6.9 (final) - Plesk Onix 17.5.3#10
to a new server
destination: CentOS7.3.1611(core) - Plesk Onix 17.5.3#10

I am using Plesk Migrator 2.9.2-0 - but i am having issues below quoted:

Failed to perform action: Check connections
Cause: Command execution failed on the source server 'source' (X.XXX.XXX.XXX) with non-zero exit code.
command: cat 'Shortcuts to your system
############################################################

.....my aliases comes here below (deleted for reading convenience)

..
..
..
..
..
.

PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa/version'
exit code: 1
stdout: ***hidden***
stderr: ***hidden***
That is a critical error, migration was stopped.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I can see in the following 3D : Migration failed: Command execution failed on the source server 'source' with non-zero exit code command: cat /tmp/version
that it seems Ihave not the right privileges ( I am logging the panel as root so difficult not having privileges!!)

any help would highly appreciated.

I apologize for my not native english.

have fun

Andrea

Unfortunately, you interrupted the log after a general phrase in the most interesting place. All information valuable for research should be located below the phrase

Cause: Command execution failed on the source server 'source' (X.XXX.XXX.XXX) with non-zero exit code.

Could you please provide more information?
Thanks.

Hi Igor and ty for reply.
Well, I truncated those lines for reading convenience as i did not thought were interesting.
Those lines are just a print out of some (old and mostly deprecated) aliases I have made long time ago, echoed on my terminal at login (I have set /root/.bashrc and those line are just its echo to easily remember me the commands lol!)
Note: The print of those lines tells me that migration tool was able to connect to my terminal in root mode, but then it can not go further for an unknown (to me) reason ,

In red, I paste here below the exact and full uncensored (only part of IP censored) log:

Failed to perform action: Check connections
Cause: Command execution failed on the source server 'source' (5.2XX.1XX.2XX) with non-zero exit code.
command: cat 'Shortcuts to your system

Thank you very much for patience and help-.

Strange line. Could you please show me output of the following command on both servers:

# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf

Thanks.

Igor TY!
for sure yes...here it comes..they are identical (as the new server will substitute the old server, servername are identical)

Source server (old)
[root@Serintec ~]# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf
PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa
[root@Serintec ~]#

Target server (new)
[root@Serintec ~]# /bin/grep -m1 -E '^\s*PRODUCT_ROOT_D' /etc/psa/psa.conf
PRODUCT_ROOT_D /usr/local/psa
[root@Serintec ~]#

again TY! really appreciate your kind help
spasibo - спасибо
