Plesk Migration issues

Hi,

I'm trying to do domain migration between 2 Win-Plesk servers ver.8.3
I've followed the instructions but getting stuck with the error:

Unable to selectPlatform: Unable to run migrmng: Network connection failed. Cannot connect to Plesk Migration Agent on the remote host

Firewall is opened and telnet to port 6489 is working.
But still can't start the migration.

What can I do here?
 
The same problem here (Windows 2008 Standart and Windows 2008 Web)... Did everything like in instruction but nothing. Now I'm trying to migrate my domains with plesk backup...
