That is a critical error, migration was stopped.
 
Looks like there is missing /var/log/secure file.
Create /var/log/secure file using the following command:

# touch /var/log/secure

Grant appropriate permissions to it with the following command:

# chown root.root /var/log/secure
# chmod 600 /var/log/secure

and then start migration again.
