Frank.P

Regular Pleskian
App said: Access to API via HTTP is not allowed due to security reasons. Use HTTPS instead.

I don't know how to fix it.

In Mobile App only set server, username and password. I try with domain and IP and said the same.

Hi Javier P.,

please consider to provide MORE informations ( as for example log - entries from "%plesk_dir%/var/modules/plesk-mobile/MobileConnector.log" ) and include as well your operating system, your Plesk version ( incl. MU ), your used mobile device, ... anything that is related may help to investigate the issue.

Consider as well to use another log - level, so that the output in the logs contain more details: Extensions > Plesk Mobile Center > Log level
