• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Plesk on Amazon Web Services License Question

Grossmont Designs

New Pleskian
I recently installed Plesk on Amazon Web Services, using Parallels install on the AWS Marketplace:
https://aws.amazon.com/marketplace/pp/B00A44VXZI?sr=0-2

After installing it, and logging into the admin section of Plesk, I keep seeing this message:

Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license, select the Retrieve Keys option on the License Management page.

When I go to the License Management page, it shows me this:

Next license key update Jan 1, 1999
Key expiration date Jan 1, 2035
The expiration date will be automatically extended on Jan 1, 1999. For the automatic update you must allow connections to ka.swsoft.com. For more information, refer to the following help topic.

When I click on the link to "Retrieve Keys", I get this message:
Key Update Status
Reseller master key can no longer be used

With an expiration date of Jan 1, 2035, it looks like I've got nothing to worry about, but how do I get rid of the message about operating in the grace period?

Also, on a side note, I wanted to purchase and install a key for TomCat support, but I can't seem to find a place to do this. Anyone know where to get this?
