• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Plesk one-click installation: ERROR while trying to find psa database

Mr. Propre

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm currently trying to install plesk with the autoinstall/one-click installer on Ubuntu Server 18.04 already running a (pre-existing) MySQL database. I'm stuck at this error:

DATABASE ERROR!!!
Database psa found, but version undefined

ERROR while trying to find psa database

which appears right after:
---------------------------------------------------
END OF INNODB MONITOR OUTPUT
============================

I don't know what to do to resolve this so I can complete the installation and there isn't any additional information in the error log file... I didn't find anything about this error on the internet neither.
Also, I'm running the install script with the root system user.

Thanks for your help
