In my case I remember I just once "switched" to Courier and then immediately back to Postfix/Dovecot to force a re-installation of the latter... can be?No, haven't.
No, haven't. And it also happened to me with a fresh installation.
It seems Courier has a bad habit of putting himself in between... see: Plesk Onyx 17.8.10 (testing) wrong updated offered (thread blocked, don't know why...)
I wonder if you have a corrupted RPM database
Remove;
# cd /var/lib
# rm __db*
Rebuild;
# rpm --rebuilddb
# rpmdb_verify Packages
