Resolved Plesk Onyx Windows Update Error

Issues:
unable to connect to https://localhost:8447/add_components.html?secret=xxxxx&locale=en-US
it shows error_connection_Timeout

Tried:
*I did a command line update, it shows error message
error document empty
exit code 1

Error Log:

*When I type Plesk -V, it shows

Anyone has nay ideas how to fix this?

Got in touch with Plesk Support. The problem has been resolved.

Step 1. Check C:\ParallelsInstaller\microupdates.xml is not empty
Step 2. if it is empty, type
