Resolved Plesk Premium Antivirus don´t start service

Hi,

I migrated to 17.5 and i can´t start Plesk Premium Antivirus service, status service:

i see this solution tu Cent OS:
Resolved - Cannot start Odin Premium Anti-Virus

How solve this in ubuntu 16.04?

could you pls. check, if the KB - article and it's provided resoution helps to solve your issue?

=> DrWeb produces the following error during startup: "Plesk authorization failed: HTTP request error [6] Plesk Software not running."​

Hi,

finaly the problem was solved by my provider server, the problem was:

"A connection problem with plesk due to a failure during service installation."

I feel I'm not more specific in the solution but I have not more information

Hi,

I found the reason why Dr. web does not work, don´t work when enable PCI Compilance:

plesk sbin pci_compliance_resolver --enable

It´s possible solve this bug?
