• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Plesk Premium eMail - Standard SPAM folder for training

Hi,

I am using Plesk Premium eMail and it seems that Spamassasin is not used as the service is not active.

Since I am using different mail clients using different default SPAM folders, I want to know what is the default folder for SPAM in Premium eMail?
In the Kolab Webmail I can define a SPAM folder but I want to know the folder, that is used for SPAM training based on the mais in that folder.

Hello, @onki . Plesk Premium Email does not come predefined with SpamAssasins - Plesk Email Security does. By default, the Plesk Premium Mail extension uses the INBOX.spam folder.

Ok - Thanks for the info.
I have uninstalled Plesk EMail security as it seems to be useless to me. Now Spamassasin is working again (it would not start with email security installed).
This means now that I have to move all unwanted emails to the inbox.spam folder to take advantage of the Spamassasin leaning functions?
Is there a way to change this folder as specially my outlook clients move SPAM into a Spam folder in the root?
