Resolved Plesk RBL check needs updating to remove spamcannibal.org

The blacklist bl.spamcannibal.org should not be used for any spam protection systems.
  • If it is used by any spam protection systems on the server or in Plesk extensions, for example, RBL Check, remove the list from there.
  • If some outgoing emails are rejected based on this blacklist contact the recipient side and ask to remove any references to this blacklist.

This isn't on a realtime sending/receiving of email check. This is the plugin to plesk Panel that does a daily check to see if your server IP is on blacklists. How are they removed from there?

I assume you talk about the RBL Check Extension from SysAlly
go to Plesk Panel > Extensions > open RBL Check > RBL Settings > select spamcannibal from enabled RBLs and move it to Disabled RBL,s
