PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

The command

plesk repair installation

breaks the phpmyadmin installation:

1. pmadb in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
2. controluser in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
3. phpmyadmin storage is not correctly configured

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Use the command

plesk repair installation

ACTUAL RESULT

breaks the phpmyadmin installation:

1. pmadb in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
2. controluser in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
3. phpmyadmin storage is not correctly configured

EXPECTED RESULT

phpmyadmin working perfectly fine and completion of the installation repair

This is an already known product issue that will be fixed in version 18.0.51. Issue IDs [PPP-60125] and [PPPM-13902]. It's been mentioned on the forum before here Resolved - Plesk Update 18.0.50 Problem phpmyadmin repair .

Running the plesk repair installation command on a Plesk server with phpMyAdmin installed no longer breaks phpMyAdmin configuration. (PPPM-13902)
