The command
Bash:
plesk repair installation

breaks the phpmyadmin installation:
  1. pmadb in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
  2. controluser in /usr/local/psa/phpMyAdmin/config.plesk.php is empty
  3. phpmyadmin storage is not correctly configured
